Useful Links

This section is going to be dedicated to odd, unrelated ramblings of things I’ve found over the last few years to be quite useful and/or just kind of interesting.

www.mailbigfile.com

Although there is a myriad of different kinds of large file sending sites out there, I’ve been using this one for coming up to two years now maybe and quite frankly it’s wonderful. There is a free version of it but for a negligible annual fee ($50 maybe?) you can get a user name and password for it. It saves every address you send to in a convenient address book, you can send the same file to multiple recipients, it’s fast as heck, it lets you send up to 2 GB files – AND – this is the clincher; it stores anything you send in a directory for two weeks.

www.rapidshare.com

Rapidshare is a commonly and widely used file sharing or should I say file “storage” web site. Again, there are tons of these free file storage types of sites but by FAR, Rapidshare, is “the one”. If you know what you’re doing, you have the right plug ins for Firefox and you know how to adjust your Rapidshare cookie settings – you can get ANYTHING within a matter of a few minutes, exaggeration. I’ll give you a quick example.

* More To Come…(I’m waiting for “next year”…lol)
